Getting Started with HAIgenie Certification

To get certified on hand hygiene, simply follow these steps:

• Register: Complete the registration form here.
• Email Verification: Verify your email address and set up your password through the link sent to your email.
• Course Video: Access and watch our educational course video from your dashboard.
• Quiz Payment: Pay a nominal fee to unlock the certification quiz.
• Quiz Attempt: Score 12 or above on the quiz to pass and be eligible for certification.
• Mobile App: Log in with the same credentials on the HAIgenie app. It is highly recommended that a user first practices with “audio + video” guide, then practices with “audio only” guide, and only then attempts the assessment without guide. Each user is allowed 10 attempts with guide and 3 attempts without guide. For getting certified, a user must score 6/6 in at least one of the three attempts without guide.
